Almost 35 years ago, founder Gary Nepon noticed that a large automotive manufacturer was throwing out a tremendous amount of gloves. With a great combination of ingenuity and determination, Gary discovered a way to recondition the gloves. In fact, he was able to convince automakers to start “recycling” gloves before the term was popular!
